You can act for major corporates (as well as banks) and work with colleagues around the world both on transactions and on secondments.

I know that many people worry about how they will fit into an established department. We don’t work to a rigid model of one partner working with a small number of associates. Here all associates are able to work for all the partners within the practice area. So you can build a better network and broader skills, and, particularly as you get more senior, you can focus on and specialise in particular types of banking work."
