The team focuses on proactively supporting the business in their day-to-day HR requirements. This can include responsibilities such as; strategic resourcing for trainees, lateral recruits and business services professionals, as well as performance management, compensation and benefits review and policy creation. In addition to our daily and ad-hoc tasks, we’re also responsible for a wide range of regional projects.
Working closely with our counterparts in the Asia network (which includes China, Tokyo, Bangkok and Singapore), we ensure consistency and integration is achieved whilst also leveraging off the Global Linklaters network.
