If you’re a Japanese student, you will need an excellent result at a law school and to have passed the bar exam. Willingness to learn English is a must, as the work that you will be focusing on will be complex and generally international in focus.

If you are studying in the US, UK or another common law jurisdiction, you will need to apply for a traineeship on our US or UK schemes.
