Our career development structure reflects this thinking and is designed to give you every opportunity to progress from new or recently qualified associate to managing associate and beyond. Six months from the day you join, your progress and performance will be reviewed, then monitored and appraised annually. We will measure your performance against key skills. We will assess your technical, client, business development, business management and people skills, identifying your strengths and highlighting where and how you can develop.
