Common law graduates
We run two four-week schemes for Common Law students: one in the summer and one in December. You sit with an associate who will be responsible for allocating work to you. The practice area you work in will have been decided on at the interview stage, and as far as possible we’ll try to accommodate any personal preferences. At the end of the scheme, you’ll have an appraisal with your principal in line with our firm-wide appraisal process, and we’ll give you honest feedback on your performance and the likelihood of you gaining a graduate position with us.
