On a local and global level, there’s a great deal of interaction and knowledge sharing. Our London team in particular is incredibly close-knit, and we often go out on social events and retreats together. What’s more, every two weeks, we hold departmental meeting, where we share knowledge and information. Every month, there’s an internal HR conference call with offices the world over. Similarly, there are frequent yearly and monthly get-togethers in each department.
