Salary
We consistently benchmark our salaries to ensure we’re paying at the top of the market.
Bonus
Over and above your basic salary, you will be eligible for a personal performance-related bonus and a firm-wide, profit-related bonus.
Holiday
You will be entitled to 25 days’ annual holiday, plus all the usual bank holidays.
Time bank scheme
After two years’ service with us as a qualified lawyer, you’ll benefit from our time bank scheme. Through this, we proactively monitor and review working time, and make sure that associates whose work has caused most disruption to their lives outside work have the opportunity to take additional leave.

You will automatically join a non-contributory pension scheme.

This is why we’ve introduced a concierge service, which will help you organise all sorts of things. They can look after your property keys for you. They can manage domestic services, such as a cleaner, electrician or plumber. They can organise personal travel requirements. They can arrange dinner or theatre reservations. They can sort out discounted deals on airport parking or leasing cars. They can even help you find a gift.
Emergency Childcare Scheme
Where normal childcare isn’t available – for example, if a carer is ill, or a nursery closed – and where there is a business need for you to be in work, we can provide access to an Emergency Childcare Scheme which will give you peace of mind in those situations beyond your control.

Gym
Linklaters has its own gym and physio on-site, but you can also receive subsidised gym membership at one of Holmes Place and Champneys.
