New joiners help to keep Linklaters ahead, so we make sure that you’ll know exactly what we expect and what you can look forward to. We’ll take a hard look at your technical, professional and personal qualities to see how you’d fit into our way of working. If we’re impressed we’ll invite you for an interview with Human Resources who’ll tell you more about the Firm and make an initial assessment. Pass this successfully, and you’ll meet a selection of partners, and as many of the people whom you will be working with as possible.

If we think you have what we’re looking for we’ll make you an offer. In all, it should take no longer than a month from interview to offer. Throughout the process, we’ll be as flexible as possible, using video and telephone interviews at the screening level if it’s appropriate.
