Linklaters currently interviews for its U.S. practice summer associate program at more than 18 law schools and job fairs in the U.S. We also host 1L presentations at certain law schools during January, February and March of each year to introduce first-year law students to Linklaters and our U.S. practice.
Please note:
- Our fall on-campus interviewing program is not office-specific, nor do we give summer program offers by office or by practice group. We evaluate and make offers to summer program candidates based on their merits and the general needs of the U.S. practice. After all summer program offers are accepted or declined, we begin the process of office and practice group placement based on summer associates' stated preferences and the needs of the U.S. practice
- Callbacks are conducted in our New York offices
- Although our fall on-campus interviewing program involves only second- and third-year law students, we also hire a very limited number of first-year law students for our summer associate program. Those first-years interested in a position at Linklaters should attend one of our 1L presentations on campus or, if we do not visit your campus, send us your information as described below
- Linklaters' U.S. practice hires only those who expect to earn or who have earned a J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school, whether alone or as part of a joint or special degree program such as J.D./LL.M., J.D./M.B.A., or S.J.D.
