Brigitte Tambosi started at Linklaters in January 2007, after completing a four-month internship in 2006.She highlights the efforts made to make her feel involved in the workings of the firm – and the deals she helps to complete.
“I was a little apprehensive about working at such a large firm, but I’ve found that there is so much here to involve you and make your life easier. During my internship, whenever I was given work, every effort was made to make sure I understood what I was contributing to, and that I felt involved in the whole of the deal – not just the part I was working on.
“This level of care, I am happy to say, has continued now that I work for Linklaters full time. When I first started, there was a comprehensive introduction to how the Paris office works. I was given an overview of every single service we provide, and who to contact should I need help with any particular issue. I get the feeling that Linklaters really want me to learn and feel part of everything.”
