And we want people who are at their best when pulling together as part of a team.
Hard work is a reality, considering the complex and global nature of the projects we tackle and clients we work with. And yes, long hours will sometimes be involved. The fact is, we care about what we do, we’re proud of what we achieve, but equally, we know that when the work is done, it’s done.
Does all of that mean there’s a specific Linklaters ‘type’? Not one bit. We all have the same drive to improve and succeed, certainly. But our strength lies in the differences in background, style and thinking that each one of us brings. After all, we all rely on new ideas and inspiration to take us further.
