A higher visibility

Leading the market is no small ambition. That’s why Human Resources is such an important part of our firm’s strategy. Our future rests on recruiting, retaining and developing the very best talent globally.

And we mean globally. Whether you’re based in London or Lisbon, Shanghai or Sao Paulo, you will feel part of a larger global team. You’ll come into contact with international offices and worldwide initiatives. You can take on a suitably broad role that’s not tied to one practice or one geographical area.

You will also find there is a great deal of variety. You can narrow your focus, specialising in an HR discipline or focusing on particular practice areas (particularly in the larger offices). Equally, in our smaller offices, you could take on a more generalist remit.

Increasingly, HR gets involved in cross-functional projects, which will give you exposure to many different areas of the firm. You’ll also find that communication here is excellent – because it has to be. We’ll only succeed by sharing information and ideas, combining resources and building on each other’s knowledge, after all. And we’ve invested a great deal in the latest technology and resources to allow you to do that.

Finally, we can guarantee that you’ll be working with some of the brightest minds in the profession and enjoy close access to partners. Clearly, this will be challenging: the quality expected of you will be high, and the standards exacting. But equally, because everyone is committed to the same goal, the support you receive will be exceptional. And your ability to bring about change can only be enhanced by having the ear of the partners and global directors.
