You may already have qualified as a lawyer in the jurisdiction you’ll be working in or you may still be working towards it. However, as an LLM student, you’re most likely to find opportunities in the jurisdiction to which your qualification applies.
Exceptions are Luxembourg and Germany, which accept applications from students qualified in other European jurisdictions.
If you have Competition/Antitrust work experience, you can apply directly to that practice area, regardless of the jurisdiction where you qualified.
