Business Teams Early Talent Programme

What is the role of Business Teams in a law firm?

As global markets continue to flex and adapt to the changing world around them, businesses are presented with complex challenges and opportunities. This is where Business Teams play a crucial role – we are business specialists providing advice and a broad range of services to our legal experts. The collective goal of Business Teams is to support our lawyers in delivering a best-in-class service to our clients in the most efficient and innovative way, whilst executing the strategy of the firm.

Linklaters is committed to developing talent across our Business Teams, spanning all functions. To add to the wide array of learning and development opportunities at Linklaters, we are proud to launch this new programme that focuses specifically on developing talent at the early career stage.
