What is Discovering Linklaters?

Discovering Linklaters is an in-person practice area fair and our largest careers event of the year! If you are a student interested in a career in commercial law, and studying a law or non-law undergraduate degree at a UK or Irish university, join us on Monday 20th January 2025 at our Silk Street office in London. This event is designed to offer you a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain deep insights into our award-winning practice areas.

Our Practice Areas

 At Linklaters, we cover a wide range of practice areas globally, and our teams are known for handling groundbreaking deals that drive innovation and set new standards in the legal industry. Our work is structured into three primary divisions: Corporate, Finance and Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations (LAI).

During Discovering Linklaters, you will have the opportunity to speak to over 10 practice areas and teams, including:

How to apply?

Applying to attend Discovering Linklaters is simple! Follow these 3 steps:

Step 1: Fill in your details: This will include basic details about you and key contact information.

Step 2: Select your preferred session: We will be running two identical fairs on Monday 20th January 2025, a morning and afternoon session.

  • Morning: 11:00 – 13:30
  • Afternoon: 14:30 – 17:00

Step 3: Let us know which practice areas you are most interested in exploring.

  2. Choose an area that resonates with you most.
  3. Use an example to support your choice. This could be a prior experience you've had, a deal you've read about, or any other relevant example that highlights your interest.
