My background is pretty varied. I’ve mainly worked in the legal industry across different HR roles including CSR & Graduate Marketing.

Linklaters' reputation within the Graduate Recruitment sphere really stood out to me. It was the Law Firm that was talked about when I was working elsewhere, and so, when an opportunity arose, I applied straight away. I’ve been here for nearly a year now.

Everyone says that their firm’s culture is the best. Having worked at a few organisations previously, I can truly say that the working environment at Linklaters is peerless. Everyone is supportive, and teams all work together to deliver the best results possible. The offices are also amazing – particularly the gym and Silks, our staff restaurant.

It’s definitely a place for team players. Linklaters prides itself on everyone working together and helping each other where they can. Being ambitious also helps; once you join there are plenty of opportunities to experience different roles and departments. I’d have to say that my best moment so far was when we went out as a team to celebrate recruiting over 100 vacation scheme students and future trainees.

You’ll constantly be challenged here and there are so many opportunities for progression. There are always personal development courses being advertised, and the firm would fully support you if you wanted to complete a qualification. All roles are advertised internally, and you are encouraged to apply if you meet the criteria.
