Attracted by their market reputation and international scope, I joined Linklaters in 2013 after completing a Master’s degree in Translations.

After four years I’m still enjoying it, because of the professionalism and the commitment people apply to their work. Although it can be demanding, that’s also what motivates me to push myself and deliver great work that I can be proud of.

In the HR department I can definitely see the impact I have within Linklaters. Whether it’s health and wellbeing initiatives such as yoga classes or planning internships, I make sure people can perform at their best. It’s really rewarding to hear how highly candidates think of Linklaters after the effort we’ve put into recruitment events, interviews or building our employer brand.

Linklaters fosters a culture where teamwork is essential to great work. Everyone’s input is valued, and everyone’s always happy to help out. I love that as it encourages you to interact with everyone in the firm. We help to organise a lot of social activities too outside of work. Business Teams recently raced around Waterloo, Belgium in iconic Citroen 2CVs.

There’s lots on offer to help you progress as a professional. The trainers from the Linklaters network are exceptional, as are the external experts and coaches we bring in.

People who enjoy working in teams, who can have a laugh from time to time, and can thrive in the challenges of a demanding environment, will love it here. And it helps that we work in a beautiful building close to nice shops, restaurants and bars!
