Business Change Delivery is part of the wider Projects & Change Delivery team and is responsible for supporting the firm in determining strategic projects to achieve its vision, and in the successful delivery of business change.

We ensure that our practice and business teams evolve in line with the firm’s global strategy, and we take projects through the entire project lifecycle; from initially exploring the viability of the project and creating a strong business case, to the successful delivery of project objectives and measuring the benefits that the project delivers.
