Rising Stars Europe Seat Programme

At Linklaters, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture of collaboration, where seamless integration between offices and a shared commitment among our people is vital to delivering innovative solutions for our clients and to meet our people needs.

We also believe that embracing diversity will make us a stronger and more responsible business. We recognise that by fostering diversity, we are able to attract top talent, promote innovative thinking, and provide the best possible experience.

To promote these values, we launched the Europe Seat Programme (ESP), a one-month experience in another office from across continental Europe, dedicated to Associates with 3-4 year seniority.

The main objective of the programme is to strengthen collaboration and cross-selling across the region whilst providing an international experience and building a cross-border network at Linklaters.
